The Tolon TTF200 professional towel folder delivers a folding capacity of ~900-1250 pieces per hour with 3 standard folding lanes (optional 4). Automatic length measurement, USB programming and 2×2 folding ensure consistent, neat packages with minimal handling. Available with multiple output directions for smooth throughput.



Performance & Capacity

The high-performance towel folder has a folding capacity of 900 to 1250 towels per hour. The machine operates in manual, automatic or continuous mode, depending on the desired workflow.



Flexible Output

The discharge conveyor can be placed in four different directions, depending on the layout of the laundry. The folded towels are then automatically transported to the packaging area via the flat belt discharge.



Smart Functionality

Each towel is automatically counted by size, simplifying inventory and ensuring maximum hygiene. The machine also automatically measures the length of the textile for an accurate folding result



Ease of use & Settings

Programs can be set up quickly and easily via the standard USB port on the machine, making adjusting settings or importing programs effortless.



Quality & Drive

A standard reverse motor and walk along strips ensure neat, consistent folds. The folder features three folding lanes designed for high throughput and even distribution.
