What is the Tangerpay payment system?

Do customers need an app or account?
Standard payments do not require an app or account. Mobile Pay works in the browser. Joining a loyalty programme does require registration.
Can Tangerpay connect to my existing washers and dryers?
Many existing machines can be connected. Send Vartex the brand, model and controller type for a compatibility assessment.
Does two-way communication work with every brand?
This depends on the model, controller and installation. Payment connection and full programme communication are different functions.
Can I keep cash and existing coin payments?
Premium supports cash. In a suitable configuration, existing coin payment can continue alongside cashless payments.
Which payment methods are available?
Tangerpay lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Local acceptance and the payment provider are confirmed for your project.
What happens if the internet connection fails?
Digital payments require a reliable connection. A business router with a 4G backup may help. Have the network and coverage assessed in advance.
Can I manage multiple launderettes from one account?
Yes. The Portal supports multiple locations, reports and staff access permissions.
How much does a Tangerpay payment system cost?
