The Tolon TFI3516 mangle (flatwork ironer) instantly gives linen and flatware a smooth, even surface with a neat fold. Design & Ergonomics
The ergonomic cylinder-heated mangle is designed for everyday convenience. The space-saving wall model with front return makes placement easy, even in smaller spaces. Thanks to the LED lighting across the entire ironing width, the work area remains clearly visible at all times.
Operation & Control
The user-friendly electronic control includes pre-programmed ironing programs. The operator always has a clear view of the current ironing temperature and speed, ensuring consistent quality.
Heating & Heat Transfer
The mangle is available with gas or electric heating. The extended heat transfer path and large contact surface with the linen ensure high efficiency. The standard chrome coating on the roller improves heat conduction and protects against corrosion even after longer periods of inactivity.
Drive & Functionality
The frequency-controlled motor ensures even movement and precise control. For added flexibility, a reverse function is available that allows easy adjustment of the ironing process.
Safety & Reliability
Safe working is key: a finger protection panel and an emergency button provide immediate protection. In addition, the mangle is equipped with overheating protection with two temperature sensors, for extra security in any situation
Efficiency & Power
The built-in premix burner provides additional power and increases the efficiency of the ironing process. This not only makes for faster work, but also more sustainable, with optimal energy utilization.
