We’re happy and thankful for the trust of our client in both us and Girbau. This past Friday we delivered and installed two new 32KG Girbau HS6032 washer extractors. Our client, Dutch hospital Medisch Centrum Leeuwarden, opted for Vartex Smart Control on these washers. Smart Control helps them to conform to environmental guidelines.
In addition, MCL Leeuwarden connects their new washers to the Vartex Laundry Intelligence dashboard. With Laundry Intelligence, the client now has access to real time data (amount of linen cleaned, real-time temperature etc.), can access machine documentation/videos, order parts directly, and much more. In other words, the client can now manage the laundry from a single online location/platform.

This way you choose the correct water use, dosage, duration of the dosage, etc. The program you designed is then saved; the next time you are just a single touch away from a successful batch!

Research shows that you can save water by 34% when a 68 kg machine is with 45 kg of linen.There’s one condition though: the water needs to match the load. Unfortunately, this is not the case in reality; in fact, coordinating water and load is not as easy with standard machine controls. However, that changes with Smart Control, which enables you to easily tailor your water usage to your load. All it takes, is just a few touches.
